Shipping policy

At Lacasita Furniture, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. We proudly serve customers across the United States, with a special focus on the DMV area (D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) for faster delivery times.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout or via email.

Delivery Timeframes
DMV Area Deliveries: Typically arrive within 5-–7 business days after processing.

Other U.S. Locations: Delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

We will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.

For select DMV-area locations, we may offer discounted or free local delivery on qualifying orders.

Delivery Appointments (Furniture Orders)
Large furniture items (bedroom, dining, and living room sets) will be scheduled for delivery to ensure safe handling.

Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

If you discover damage or an incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@lacasitafurniture.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Local DMV deliveries handled by our team will be coordinated directly with you for delivery updates.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for large furniture items.
